This wine is made to be easily approachable, its fruity components seeing some French oak but more Hungarian and American oak that renders it rich and lively. A minimum 12 months of barrel age and a year in the bottle puts the Elodian Cab on the market later than most wines of this caliber, a bonus for the buyer. Consistently a gold medal winner, this Elodian Cab has definite appeal.
