"The  Brut Rosé is bright and youthful, with a persistent mousse and lovely salmon-rose color. Raspberry, strawberry and cherry aromas jump out of the glass. This almost candied fruit character is complemented by the fresh doughy, biscuit-like notes derived from bottle-fermentation and yeast aging. On the palate, the full flavors, creaminess, and viscosity are evident upon entry, while its finish is focused and lingering.
