Intense and rich, the 2009 “7” Cabernet Sauvignon displays a complex bouquet of blackberry, crème de cassis and blueberry liquor, intermixed with graphite, mineral notes and a hint of blond tobacco. Fleshy and concentrated, the tannins are wonderfully silky, leading to a polished and lingering finish.
