2010 Adastra Chardonnay No Oak Carneros

N’Oak is a new wine from Adastra crafted to showcase the purity and freshness of our grapes without the influence of oak. Adastra strives to produce intense, complex wines that capture the essence of its twenty acre, CCOF-certified organic vineyard, a unique combination of fog, soil, clones and stars in the Napa Carneros.  Family-owned, Adastra is run by Chris Thorpe and son-in-law Edwin Richards.  Pam Starr has been Adastra’s winegrowing consultant since 1997.
