2011 Forager Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

THE FORAGER" embraces the best of Burgundys "Negociant-Viticulteur" principles. It is crafted from grapes we have foraged from other small growers along the coast along with some of our own barrels. Our vineyard selection and barrel blending process is strictly democratic as we pay scant attention to a wines appellation, grower, clone or vineyard age. We look only toward creating a Pinot Noir that is delicious. New French oak contribute a subtle background note amidst an orchestra of cherry, violets, earth and gentle spice notes. We believe it will deliciously complement the selections you have foraged for your table and offers Premier Cru flavors at a "village level" price.
