Winery Notes

Produced only in great vintages, the Vallon de l'Aigle is a great wine. Very dark and strong. Dominant note of violet, wild blueberry with a hint of incense, tobacco and juniper. Perfect balance, a "Grand Vin" with a lot of complexity. Very intense, beautiful volume, strong and silky tannins. Aromas of gooseberry and blackcurrant with sweet spices. Le Vallon de l'Aigle can defy time!
