2010 Hourglass Cabernet Franc Blueline

81% Cabernet Franc, 4.5% each Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot.  On the palate, this Cab Franc is highly structured, yet deep in rich flavors of cassis, dark cherry, bay leaf, pipe tobacco and ripe plum. Good acidity and firm tannins frame the lush dark fruit and provide a clearly delineated texture - a hint of its great aging potential. This is our fifth vintage release of Cab Franc, and 2010 represents our best work to date with this varietal.
