2010 Karly Zinfandel by Turley Wine Cellars Amador (Varietal/Style / Reds / Zinfandel)

Karly was founded by Karly & Buck Cobb in Plymouth, CA in 1979. The winery was purchased by Turley Wine Cellars in 2012, who has been buying grapes from this historic area since 1996. The 2010 Karly Pokerville is a barrel selection of the Amador County Zinfandel made by Karly.

Why Pokerville? According to the wine’s label, Karly found that the old name for the town named aptly describes this rowdy, young-vine Zinfandel. This wine is juicy and big, but incredibly well-crafted. For those who gravitate towards bold, new world wines, this is a value wine that can't be beat!
