This wine has rich aromas of lemon zest and crème brulee with a hint of orange blossom. Initial flavors of fresh apricots and lemon curd give way to a lingering finish of toast and minerality. This wine has a rich, creamy texture balanced by a bright acidity and flintiness characteristic of Rosemary’s Chardonnay. This wine pairs well with oysters and grilled lobster.
