2011 Ultraviolet Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

Ultraviolet 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is the big brother to InfraRed.  This rich and more powerful Cabernet offers lots of dark plum and black cherry fruit with notes of dark cocoa and well integrated French Oak.  This Cabernet was blended with 10% Cabernet Franc, all from a single vineyard in St Helena.  This is another excellent value that was started at a high-end Napa Valley cult winery and finished by Shawn Johnson.  Only 300 cases made.
