Dark as a moonless night and ripe as summer-kissed fruit — the way Cabernet should be! Creamy dark raspberries, intense black cherries and fragrant cola jump out from the glass before joining aromatic forces of orange peel, white peach, grilled nuts and freshly-dried vanilla bean. A plethora of subtle spice and herb notes round out the nose: anise, cardamom, wild sage and verbena to name a few. Once in your mouth, your palate is rewarded with concentrated roasted black fruit, exotic spice cake and rich chocolate; all beautifully framed by fine-toothed supple tannins. What's not to like?
