“(made from St. Helena and Coombsville fruit: winemaker Pam Starr describes this sauvignon as 'an uptown-downtown blend'; aged in 90% stainless steel barrels, the rest in used French oak): Hazy greenish-yellow. Pungent spicy, floral lift to the aromas of quince, lemon-lime and pineapple. Supple, sweet and a bit soft, with rather suave green tropical fruit flavors enlivened by mineral and citrus peel notes from the Coombsville fruit, which takes a long time to ripen.
