70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay from the villages of Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay. 100% Grand Cru fruit from 35-40 year-old vines. 20% of the wine is fermented in barrel, the remainder in tank. This wine is the workhorse of the domaine and represents over half of the production. More than any other cuvee, this announces the true style of Egly-Ouriet, showing a clear dominance of Ambonnay terroir.
