In order to complete your purchase after choosing items for your shopping cart, you must establish an account using your email address as your user ID and selecting a password (returning customers just need to sign in). After completing the registration process (providing all shipping and billing information), you will be routed to our SSL checkout process. You will have the option to store your credit card information in our system for quicker purchasing at another time.
When you add an item to the shopping cart, we can store your credit card, billing and shipping information on our secure server to save you time during checkout. During your next purchase with us you will be able to login with your last name or email address and the password that was created during your previous shopping experience.
You will receive an invoice with your order via email so please make sure you enter a correct email address. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation, please call us at (888) CALWINE (226-9463).
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. When you enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order" on the final review page, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Locate the UPS or DHL tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either www.UPS.com or www.dhl.com to check the status of your order online. Note that it takes at least 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.
